I can not begin to explain how poorly my mother and the other residents were treated . They are nice to you at the beginning, so you choose their place and then they treat you like dirt afterwards. It is so sad to walk into a place and just see the residents sitting around, they don't even do any kind of activities with them. The nurse and the woman in charge are so rude. My mother smelled so bad, my family had to wash her.When we picked her up she was so drugged up, I would not be surprised if some residents died because of being overly medicated.We removed my mother within months and she still talks about how boring and sad of place it was. The staff should be appalled working at a place like this, the dump should be closed down.

The "Memory" unit is worthless, people walk around like zombies. The activities, if any, are poorly planned. Some residents are filthy as showers are Not required. If a resident refuses to shower or go to an activity they simply sit in their room, filthy and bored until they have a nervous breakdown. NOT Recommended! They cannot Escape but are not taken care of, it's simply a poorly run Jail.

If you care for your elderly or beloved family do not put your family members in this facility! It looks presentable but the staff is horrible. The nurses yell at the poor old people and they give them whatever they complain about just so they don't have to hear them complain They treat u really nice at first but then the attitude from the staff all changes when things get rough. They always wanna be right but yet we all make mistakes . Tenants get over medicated and they don't fallow rules nor DRs orders. PLEASE think twice about this facility!

We just moved my mother in law into the memory care unit yesterday. The staff was wonderful and she enjoyed making new friends and playing bingo, etc. We feel that she will be very happy in her new environment and well cared for.

My parents both live here--one in Memory Care and one on the general population side. They are both well cared for and are happy with their studio apartments. Their staff is very caring and compassionate.
