There was an unforseen glitch in the project, and the guys worked through it, with profuse apologies for the disruption, as well as an explanation of the issue, so that we knew what was going on.

I have been using the Original Chimney Sweep for over 20 years, I find the close nit family service they provide us is incredible and I especially love how they keep everything neat and clean. They were especially helpful when I was installing my woodstove and I had questions on where and how to operate it. I felt them to put me at ease. Will use no other company for all my needs for the chimney!
