Founded in 1966, Madonna Manor is a part of Diocesan Health Facilities, which offers a range of programs and services related to health care. Madonna Manor offers various rehabilitative programs that include physical, occupational and speech therapies, podiatry and hospice care, and nursing and home health services. The center develops and manages long-term care services, including housing support, respite care, pain management, and nursing and Alzheimer s disease. In addition, it offers assisted and independent living, personal and managed care and specialized therapies. Madonna Manor, through its palliative care unit, provides a pain assessment and management program that uses interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach for acute and chronic pain management.
