PERFECT SCORE!!! I have been a client of Nova for many years, and every experience with them has been a pleasant one! Joey does a fantastic job cutting my hair every time, and he's also always great to talk to. In addition, Nova has the friendliest staff I have ever met...even though I don't get my hair cut by them, Jen, Danielle, Kristin, Dave, Brittany, Melanie, and everyone else there always stops to say hi. The entire staff is extremely cheerful. WONDERFUL SALON :)

Great salon.....laid back ,friendly and very skilled in what they do. Everyone seems to work as a team and the salon itself is very clean and proffesional.

Nice new salon. Comfortably upscale. Same great service as Methuen salon. Friendly staff.
