Operating under the North Adams Public Schools, Greylock Elementary School offers educational and extracurricular programs for children in grades kindergarten through five. Located in North Adams, Mass., Greylock Elementary features a state-of-the-art computer laboratory, library and media center and a large playground. Greylock s curriculum includes mathematics, English, science, foreign languages, history, geography, economics, physical and health education, music, and arts and crafts. The school organizes a range of social events, such as donkey basketball game, field day, knowledge bowl, scholastic scrimmage, state fine arts and academic competitions, band and choir concerts, and National Honor Society. It offers various athletic programs, including girl s and boy s basketball, track and field, cross-country, cheerleading, baseball, tennis, badminton, swimming, soccer, and softball.
