Actually could not get any customer service at this location. Went in with a Craftsman tool--guaranteed for life, and was told that since they did not have to EXACT match, they could not return or replace the defective tool. I was told me to try other stores that "may" have it. No one seemed to be in charge and no one wanted to give me any satisfaction. I'm sending a complaint to corporate headquarters, and will let you know if there is any satisfaction there. Why pay more for lifetime guarantee tools, if you can't get a lifetime protection from the chain that sold the item? Certainly not the Sears I remember doing business with in the past.
