Just took a job in the area and rented at Goshen Terrace Apts after graduating in May from PSU.The place is very nice and management was very helpful.

The office staff at Norris Hills is very unreasonable. Complex is filled with loud young people now.There are parties and drunken shouting. Norris Hills doesn't care about their tenants.Worse place I have ever lived in. Berger stays in the shadows so you can't contact them.It's way too much money for so little

I rented from out of town and sight unseen.The apartment was as advertised.Good experience.

I was moving from out of the area and they helped me find a great place near my work.
