This is the best pet store I've been to. Their selection of exotic fish and even salt water fish blew my mind. I haven't been able to find a fish worth putting in my tank, but there were quite a few I fell in love with at Pets Plus. Their tanks were clean and well-kept, and the staff came over multiple times to see if they could be of assistance. I had to rely on them for information about the fish, and the one staff member answered all the questions I had. As a fish lover, I didn't have easy questions, so I was really impressed. I will be traveling here again in the near future and will do all my fish shopping (from food to tank cleaning supplies to new fish) at Pets Plus. Great experience.

I went to this fish store over this past weekend to buy some African cichlids and they have a really good selection. Fish were in very good health with good prices. if you are looking for good quality cichlids I recommend this fish store.

This place is a joke. They tell you to take a number and someone will be right with you my family and I waited a half hour and still wasn't able to get someone to help me.. The place is dirty and I will call the department of health on them tommorrow. And most of the fish in there are DEAD or sick don't take your kids there it do sad I might even call animal control or something and when u call they are so rude they messed with the wrong girl

Asked to trade some fish that we had agreed on a price. When i brought the fish in for trade, he offered me half the price. I questioned the price and was told "This is not a debate, take it or take the fish back home" When i asked for the information of somebody above him, i was given a fake email address that got returned back to me instantly. You just do not talk to customers that way. Disgusted, and my family and I will not be returning. I have 11 fish tanks, and have thousands invested in this hobby, and after trading the fish had every intention of buying a fish worth close to or over $100.

Nice selection of both animals and supplies backed up by a knowledgeable staff. Everything you could want in a full line pet shop. Great selection of fish. Lots of fish you're not likely to find anywhere else in the area.

Over Priced and Sickening. Un-knowledgable staff, dirty store, sick reptiles, and deceased fish in just about every tank. Don't waste your time with Natural Pet in Norritstown. They'll rip you off and give you wrong information.

The shark feeding was a blast! My kids were loving it. Definitely a local fave for my whole family. They didn't mind my 3 year old touching everything in the place and my oldests million questions - - The people working there were knowledgeable and nice.
