Been taking my cat there since 2001. Gave them a lot of business and money over the years. Last year, my cat did not have a good visit and flipped out. Since then they refused to schedule another appointment with us unless we agreed to put him under complete anesthesia. Not to mention during the exam they showed their frustration and just left me in the room with a wild cat with no assistance. We found the anesthesia unnecessary because he flipped out once and scheduled an appointment with another vet. Guess what, our cat was fine and did not flip out at that visit. They have zero patience for animals that aren't easy. They offer no advice or other means to handle animals. My files have a million exclamation points after sedation notes. I was a loyal customer for many years and I am highly disappointed with the care and professionalism they showed.

I cannot say enough about the quality of care my pets receive here. The knowledge and experience of the doctors is the best! I feel like they treat my pets like they are their own pets. Even when old age or disease takes a beloved pet, the compassion and support are wonderful. I have been going here about 10 years.

I am so very happy I found this vet. I was so sick of bad customer service, assistants who seem to be pulled off the street to hold animals and doctors who seem to want to gain their experience on my pets. My babies are too important to me! I'm a fan.

I have been using this veterinary hospital for the last 3 years and I have been very pleased by the professional and friendly manor in which they treat me and my pets. Dr. Cleary and Dr. Reinhart are both great! I feel VERY confident that I made a good choice after trying two other disappointing vet hospitals when I first moved to this area. I like the fundraisers they do for the SPCA too.

I really appreciate the care we get for our pets from Trooper Vet. They are so kind to our pets and others we see them with there. The vets are thorough, the staff is very polite and everyone is very knowledgable, plus someone stays there every night. It seems like there is so much detail in preparing the pet and owner for surgery (but I'm glad!) I don't think it's run like a low cost clinic so that's why the cost is there for spays. I love their website for looking up stuff. Lisa

A friend sent me here a while back and I was surprised by how great they treated me and my 2 dogs and 2 cats (3 different visits). They caught a problem my vet had missed for years. I wasn't use to this quality of care. They gave me all the info to make an informed decision (for my one cat) and made the whole treatment plan clear. Now I am sending friends there, and they send me $$$ credits for my account every time I do! I am a very satisfied customer. MLS

My whole family uses this vet hospital. It is clean, with a friendly staff and very knowledgable doctors and technicians. I really like that they do not cut corners. I feel as though some human hospitals miss the mark on attention to detail, but not here. They have helped me in an emergency and my dog was saved, I believe, because of their prompt and accurate treatment. I also feel better boarding my pets there because of the trained staff. I highly recommend Trooper Vet. I would never try a cheaper place because I think the care would not be as good, you get what you pay for, and my pets are too important to me!
