From the start our install with Eagle has been a disaster. They delivered parts to two separate pools. Were suppose to excavate on a Friday and did not show until Monday with no call. Sales person sold us the wrong part to our skimmer. After the install they were to schedule an appointment to go over operation. Gentleman called and was "on his way" 20 minutes from our house and arrived 2 hours later. Since the install we've realized the uprights are missing screws and we have several leaks. Called a week ago to have a tech come out and was told they were doing an install nearby on Thursday and would come over. Never saw anyone as of the following Monday with again no communication. The only thing I can say positive is that I'm positive they have my money.

If you think these guys are the greatest you haven't seen them working, or a real pool company.

We purchased our inground pool from Eagle Pools and we are very pleased with how quickly and efficently the pool was done. The pool is beautiful and eveyone who worked on our pool was great.

These guys are the greatest! Explained my pool options, helped pick out my pool and built it. Didn't hand me a list of contractors like the other guys. Didn't pressure me like the one company that came to my house. When I have a question they've always been able to help.
