CareLink Community Support Services has been offering health care and independent living facilities to people with disabilities for more than 40 years. It serves the basic and medical needs of people suffering with serious mental illnesses, physical disabilities and other developmental challenges. The center provides various services, such as residential, care management, mobile psychiatric rehabilitation and career guidance. It offers housing facility in the Bryn Mawr Residence for independent and assisted living. The center also offers personal plans that include services, such as monitoring living and vocational arrangements, skill training, financial stewardship and providing crisis management services. The psychiatric care unit of the center assists in basic skills development in practical areas, including paying bills, understanding medications, nutrition, household maintenance and time management. CareLink Community Support Services is located in Norristown, Pa.
