SHOP AROUND! My husband and I went to Vision Works last year and were marginally satisfied. We visited them today and were not pleased. The man that helped us lacked good customer support skills. We found out that they were not in-network now for our government VSP insurance. He said they would charge us as if we were in network. When we done our bill was over $200 and last year for almost the same glasses and features we paid $50. We took the prescription to Dr. Massengale's business and our VSP insurance paid 100% for my husbands glasses. We only had to pay a $10 co-pay!!!

Horrible service I was there for over an hour nobody spoke to me I leAn and went to eye mart express. They have excellent service.
