Allen and Adam Estes are absolutely wonderful. I strongly recommend their classes to anyone from beginner on up. The classes truly exemplify Tae Kwon Do, with the more experienced students more than willing to help out beginners. I joined to get into better shape and develop a calmer mind, and I'm having the time of my life! Estes isn't part of the 'Wal-Mart' phenomenon of ATA and Premier, but a real Dojang with real people that make the experience of Martial Arts as awesome as it can be.
