These are 2 bed, 1.5 townhouses that provide a lot of space for the price. The area was pretty nice, good neighbors, and I always felt safe, but landscaping varied from OK to terrible depending on who was in charge of it. I lived there for three years and felt I got my money's worth part of the time.he sewer to overflow into our apartment, it took a whole day for them to take care of it, and another day to clean the carpet. The carpet needed to be replaced but they refused. After 1 year, new management came along, replaced our carpet, paved the parking lot, and painted the peeling doors ( I had already painted my door becuase it was so bad). 1 year later the good staff all mysteriously disappeared ("had to be terminated for reasons we can't release," said the next management). For three months, the new management harrassed me claiming they never received my rent checks; even when I presented the cashed checks, they charged late fees, and kept my entire deposit when I moved.
