Total awesome!!! Helpful and courteous. There is really nothing like waiting in line at the post office just to talk to a grouchy PO employee who tells you that you "can't ship that" when its not true and they are just too lazy to do their job... So...GO to BB&B first!!! They rock!! UPS and USPS.
