I bought my last Trek there during their annual sale. I got more bike than I otherwise could have afforded over a couple of minor cosmetic issues. The service has always been top notch even before I bought a bike from them. Their service people have gone out of their way to find parts I needed for my old bike.

I went to check out another shop in town and two employees were hanging out at the counter reading comic books not even thinking about giving me the time of day; it reminded me why I have frequented the same shop over the past 20 years. I have purchased all of my family's bikes and run shoes at Vitesse and Often Running and they have always been fair and wonderful to deal with. If I ever have an issue or problem, they make it right!. They tune up my bikes for free and always take car of me and my family. I will always call Vitesse "My Favorite Bike Shop."
