Founded in 1905, Normal Community High School enrolls more than 1,500 students in grades nine through 12. It offers various courses, such as agriculture, art, business, consumer and driver education, English, family and consumer sciences, foreign language, mathematics, science, social studies and technology. The school has music, health and physical education and theater arts departments. It offers various sports, including lacrosse, field hockey, tennis, track, cross country, soccer, cheerleading, swimming and golf. It has various clubs and organizations, such as academic, athletic, social clubs, fine arts and parent organizations. The school also offers lunch and has a guidance department. Normal Community High School is operated by the Unit 5 School District, and is located in Normal, Ill.
