I had Midstate come out & do a fairly simple job, or so I thought. Once it rained the first time, water was POURING out of the gutter connection they "Fixed" going straight down my foundation! (I WISH I could attach a pic or video) I called & complained. They said they would come fix. Never heard from them. A week later, I complained again. The man I spoke with said that the worker had the job in his hand & it would be completed that day. I get home & nothing. Two weeks later....nothing. After REPEATED calls to their office, they won't even call me back. I have water RUNNING out of two spots in the poorly done job and it is going straight down my foundation!! I have left one final voice message. Next I will go to their office & show them the video of their crappy work & if they don't fix, I will be blasting them on FB, the BBB & any another way I can think of to get them to fix it. They obviously don't care about their customers or the impact word of mouth will have on their business.

Midstate was really great to work with from the first call for a bid, clear through to the final product. They communicated well, we're right on schedule, and did a great job. From a budget standpoint they were half the price of my other bids, and a quick turn around. I have no reservations recommending this company.

I had a great experience with Midstate and recommend them to anybody! I did leave a message initially, but they called me back promptly and I got my estimate(over the phone and in wiiting) the next day. They called me before they came to my house to put the gutters on, and it looks great. Price matched the estimate exactly. All the guys were really helpful and polite!
I am definitely in the same place as the last reviewer. I am also a single female homeowner who could not get these guys to call me back. They were very nice when I finally spoke with them, but unfortunately I made the mistake of hiring them because I believed their yellow page advertising saying they had been in business for 30 years and guaranteed their work. Don't believe it. It was nearly impossible to get a call back, they never did finish the work and they are terrible about not calling back and not showing up! Several times I practically begged them (mainly over voicemail!) to come back and get the work done. After several months I am still waiting for them to finish up the work.

I could not have been MORE DISAPPOINTED with this company. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of them, one. However, I am patient and understand being busy so I left a message and waited for my call. I got ONE call which I had to follow up FOUR times! Two calls were to simply GET the estimate, which they ended up mailing and the second two calls I had to call for help to get an explanation about the estimate, which they made an initial mistake on. My response from that phone message? ANOTHER MAILED ESTIMATE. NO PHONE CALL, no response, nothing personal in the letter. I am a single female homeowner but I was MORE than happy to pay and was MORE than pleasant and I WAS looking forward to working with Midstate but I learned my lesson. I would only suggest Midstate if you like your business feeling unappreciated and personally like feeling completely ignored.
