I'm not even sure where to start...I paid the service department over $3,200 to fix my Mercedes truck which was there over a month. but it still has the same main problem that I had before thinking that the truck got fixed when I picked it up. plus they charged me an additional $700 for something that they didn't do to the truck but I got that straightened out. and of course I complained about that the truck is still having the same problem just like before, but no one seemed to care. I will never do business with them and they are definitely a rip off. hopefully they'll close down soon.
