Chris and his team are wonderful! They always do a great job and are very honest, the job is always done right! I will always go here for my vehicles to be worked on!!!
My first experience with Hartnalls was in the pouring down rain and my serpentine belt came off. He pulled my car in the shop, put it back on and sent me on my way, free of charge. My next experience came after another local shop wanted to charge me over $600 for parts and labor. After he looked at my car, he found the diagnosis was incorrect and was able to fix it for around $100. This is a small shop that is owned by a very honest business man!!!!! I will recommend him to anybody that is looking for car repair. I would give him 10 stars if I could! Proof that there is still honest, hard working, good people that are out there, not just looking to make a quick buck.
I recently took my car to Chris to have a catalytic converter replaced. It was nothing major but the exhaust leak and check engine light were bothering me. I was immediately greeted in a professional manner by Chris and with a sense of urgency to get my problem resolved. We were able to get a time that worked into my schedule since I am pretty busy with limited availability. Chris got the job done quickly, efficiently, and most importantly correctly by making sure everything was taken apart right and assembled correctly, and paperwork filled out properly due to the recycling process of catalytic converters. Chris is one of the most trustworthy, professional, and well-educated mechanics that I know of and will continue to take any vehicle I have to him whether it's for something as simple as an oil change or as extensive as engine repair and overhaul.
