They are not worth rating I have called and do not get anywhere. I want to talk to a supervisor because the people you are contacted to do not tell the whole picture. They charge amount on bill and then do not refund

Terrible, terrible, terrible. The number listed for this local retailer is out of service, and after having spent hours -- HOURS -- waiting on hold to talk with various other Comcast folk, we've been reduced to taking our defective cable box back to the brick and mortal location and (like the guy above) "hoping for the best." Comcast is the worst of the worst. If they didn't have us on the electric test, we'd go elsewhere.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. We've been trying to contact our local office & no one can give us a phone number. Customer Service told me to try googling it?! Unbelievable. We're new customers and are completely dumbfounded at how bad the customer sevice has been from the start. Even management in the customer service area treated us like dirt, saying nothing they could do about it and that we should simply drive to our local office and 'hope for the best'. The problem is this rotten company has no competition in our area so they have no incentive to implement courteous customer service. Unreal! Employees with no moral character or simple decency to actually care to help CUSTOMERS. Trickle down from a clearly rotten management group at the top. Never have we experienced such negligence or such blatantly rude treatment from a service that WE PAY FOR?!?!?!
