      04/05/13 A double shooting tonight after fighting inside the Norva. Only 14 - 18 year olds allowed for the Spring Break Concert. REALLY ? Any other concerned parents out there ? BAD IDEA for young teenagers in the urban city at night. Sorry, check the statistics. My child will never go there again.
