sun comm wireless and the new suncomm wireless is a better and upgraded company very friendly and outgoing same name kinda but different company

The employees (and manager) here all have terrible attitudes, are very unknowledgeable about their products, and are quite rude. You would think that employees in such an upper class mall would have a little more class and humility, but not here at all. There is an employee named Tamara, who is extremely impolite and very unfamiliar with the wireless products she sells. When she does not know an answer, she makes up an answer instead of trying to find the correct one. She becomes irritable if you ask too many questions. The manager, Jared, is short, curt, and indifferent. He is hardly in the store and could care less what kind of service customers receive. If you call to ask a question, he pretends he cannot understand what you are talking about; then when you bring the phone into the store, he looks at you blankly and asks another employee to help you. I swear, I thought I was going crazy in the store. There is one kind employee who really does not fit in this place. I cannot understand how he gets along with people with such poor attitudes. After leaving this store frustrated and confused, I went to the AT&T on Colley Avenue, also in Norfolk, and they were more than kind and generous enough to help me. Sure, everyone cannot always have bright, smiling faces 24/7, but they could at least do all they can as employees to try and assist me in the best way possible. But since the manager doesn't care, neither do his employees. I will never return to this pitiful excuse for a store at all. AT&T is a wonderful wireless company and this pathetic store definitely does not represent them well. If you are in this mall and need a Cingular/AT&T, LEAVE AND GO ELSEWHERE! Seriously, your problem/question will not/cannot be resolved by the employees in this sad store.
