Retaining this firm was the worse mistake I could have made. I did most of the work in my case, never could get an attorney to return my calls, and after dismissing them and trying to resolve a fee issue I was hung up on by a lady in their office and treated extremely rude. This firm is totally unprofessional and has no concern for client satisfaction. I strongly recommend anyone searching for a decent lawyer for their case to not choose these guys, their way of doing business is a joke and they should not be allowed to practice in this or any other state.

I was a little nervous about getting an attorney for my benifits. Late one night I saw the commerical for Goss and Fentress. What impressed me about the commerical was they were not shouting about how great they are or flashing a phone number on the screen. It was a nice "calm" commerical stating what they could and would do for you. I called the next day to make an appointment. Mr.Goss listened to me and told me he would take the case. He assured me that he would not take it if he didn`t think that I had a good case. Crystal answered my questions and is very easy to talk to. Mr. Fentress went before the judge with me; he put me at ease and the hearing went smooth. They won the case for me. I highly recomend them. Thank you so much! Linn Page
