who came in with vehicles CHECKERED FLAG DEALERSHIP specialize in,HONDAS, TOYOTAS,BMWS,AUDI,MINI,VW,HYUNDIA,PORSCHE & JAGUARS.They treated those customers with prompt, courtesy, like they were important, serious service. If they only want to deal with certain makes and model vehicles,then that's the only thing they should sell! They told us we get free oil change and state inspections on our vehicle, turned out to be another lie,a year later we took it in to have both things done, only to receive a bill,when i told them it was suppose to be free,they said it's free only if you bye a NEW car!!! On top of that they called and called and called asking us when was we gonna pay the money? It was only a freakin $45 but you would of thought we owed them hundreds of thousands!!! Small car lots that sale used cars, give customers free oil changes and inspections.Don't go to them,unless you got a lot of money because they are the kind of place that treat rich people good and poor people bad!SAD

The only reason i gave them that star is...they WILL get you in a vehicle, but lie to you. They told us we would get a voucher for free gas, after being there from evening to night time, we finally got everything done, was ready to drive off,but no FREE GAS VOUCHER they told us to come back the next day cause it was late and the office that handles it was closed.We went back the next day like they told us,only to be told they didn't have any at the moment and the sales man had the nerve to joke saying our tank was already full anyway!!! In less then a month a ticking sound started coming from our vehicle, took it to them,got a rental,when we got it back the ticking was gone but a new problem aquired.Took it back to them,but this time they treated us like vigrous,they didn't want to be bothered,they told us we had to take it to the SUZUKI dealer ourselves but they would call them to let them know we was coming.The times i was there i took notice how they treated the custermers...

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a repair company. It took weeks to make the repairs on the bumper of our Honda. They told us it would be ready several times but had still not started by end of day when we went to pick it up, without calling us before going out there to get it. They did not line up the trunk latch after they removed the trunk lid, the paint job on the bumper was not acceptable (runs), they left personal items in the console when we picked it up, and they did not remove all the plastic when done with painting causing the plastic to wrap around the axle. Too many other problems to list, customer service was terrible and they very frequently did not return our calls. Do not recommend.
Always service my corolla here and they are fast and courteous. Waiting room is pleasant and they give you a buzzer to let you know your car is ready. A+
