These people are awesome and part of what makes Norfolk great !! Their customer service is second to none.
Beware! If you buy a bum cartridge which happens a lot, if you don't return it in 60 days they will only give you 1/2 credit. This policy change has caused me to go back to buying on line.

Excellent service. Thinking I had a clogged inkjet nozzle, I was surprised to learn the problem with my printer was a clogged cartridge, something I'd never thought of. Furthermore, they told me the brand of "compatible" cartridge I had installed tended to clog, a welcome bit of info to know. A staff member carried my large printer out to the car, and someone would've helped carry it in, too, if I'd asked them.
