This company is not worth the trouble to call. I made a reservation (and secured it with a credit card) with this company for an early morning pickup (4:15a) for an early flight. The shuttle did not show up. I called the company (they advertise 24 hour service) but no one answered. My wife and I drove ourselves to the airport and left our car in long term parking for a two week vacation because this company lost our reservation. This incurred an unnecessary expense of $98 compared to the $35 charge for the early morning pickup. I called during our trip to give them the opportunity to make the situation right. Two calls went unreturned. had to follow up with them after we returned. I asked for them to reimburse the cost of my long term parking (cheap lot) minus the expense of the shuttle because that was the expense I incurred because of their failed service. They didn't even try to make it right. DON'T BOTHER!

Never showed up! Do NOT use Airport Express. They are unreliable, overpriced and have no idea what customer service means. I have tried them several times, but am consistently disappointed. Once the driver was over 20 mins late. Today, they never showed up and said my reservation was for the following day. I had only made the reservation the day before for "tomorrow" and was confirmed with "tomorrow." Apparently we have different ideas of tomorrow. The woman on the phone took NO responsibility for the mix-up and actually hung up on me. I wasn't even angry yet! Save yourself some grief and find another company that cares about they way they do business.

I have been using airport express and i recommend this company to everybody. They are very reliable and there drivers are very courtius.They offer frequent rider program and have very resanable rates. I have been traveling very long time and used many ground transportation companies and this is the best one.
