I had a good experience with this company a few years ago when we had a raccoon in the attic at our last place. The office manager even called right before the one-year warranty on the repairs was up to make sure we were still happy.So when I heard scratching in the attic at our new house back in November, I called and had them come out. They trapped one squirrel and did some repairs and were generally responsive and professional, for a total cost of $600.I started hearing scratching again in the same place this winter but the timing never worked out for Acme to place and check a trap with all the snowstorms we had. That was frustrating but understandable given the weather we had this year.They eventually made it out after all the snow was over and were unable to trap anything and told me the squirrels were coming through the soffit from the neighbor's side (we live in a townhouse). I arranged with the neighbor that they could place the trap on the neighbor's side of the roof. Acme informed me that my trapping warranty had run out and that the repairs would not be under warranty since they were in a different spot than the original repairs. I was annoyed (especially since it wasn't clear the original repairs were needed after all) but willing to pay them to finish dealing with the problem once and for all. And since then, I have called them many times with absolutely no response. Meanwhile the squirrels are still tearing up the attic. The office manager is very nice and apologetic but I finally had to hire another company and leave a bad review. I'm now five months and $600 from when I originally called them and I still have 2 squirrels in the same spot in my attic and Acme won't return my calls. I won't be calling them again.

I have used Acme a couple times in the past and was very happy with their service. I called them again when I had an issue this month and the service I received was terrible. Their technician came out and found an entry hole in my crawl space. He also looked around the house and noted a number of other possible fixes that could be made. The problem was that he divided what most people would want; fixing the hole and cleaning up, into two separate options that included a list of other things I did not want pushing the price way up. I agreed to have him trap the animals and they put some traps in my yard. Then they disappeared for a week, I made multiple phone calls and left messages that were not returned for days. I finally got the owner to return a call and he explained there was a personal issue, but the fact remains that communication was terrible. I received on phone call that they had caught a squirrel and then one day I came home and their invoice was in my door and marked closed

Brian saved the day!!! We had a serious wasp problem on our front porch. It took Brian less then 20 minutes to find the TWO wasp nest and take care of the problem. Unlike other pest control companies Brian just did what we asked and did not attempt to sell us on a contract or unneeded services. Good Job!!!

Brian with ACME Animal Control provides an excellent service with very good prices. He was very knowledgeable, helped us to understand why animals live in attics & explained in detail the trapping process he was taking to remove them. All together 3 Raccoons were removed, the attic vent was repaired, & he also trimmed back the tree branches that they where using to get up on the roof. Also, he came highly recommended by our pest control company & gave us a discount since they referred him! I would highly recommend him to anyone with any type of animal problem!
