We hired Accent Concrete to put a patio around our deck in October 2015. We noticed in November 2015 that the seal was not done correctly and notified Accent Concrete, Kris Hogarth to be exact. He sent someone out to verify that it did indeed need to be resealed but never followed through. We got excuses from it is too hot, wet, cold to come out. From start to finish this was very unprofessional. They did very little to guide us through the process of picking out concrete and seal colors or designs. I waited over a year to put this review up in hopes of getting some satisfaction from them, and allowing for weather and schedules. There is no excuse for this.
