We support Nebraska parents in overcoming barriers to nurture their childrens growth and development. With 11 offices located across the state we improve lives through child-centered, family-focused programs including; Pregnancy, Parenting & Adoption, Post Adoption, Foster Care, Early Childhood Education and the Children & Family Center. We reach out to women and teens facing unplanned pregnancies; strive to build, strengthen and support adoptive, biological and foster families; provide early intervention programs; offer teen pregnancy prevention education and youth education; provide grandparent support groups; and ensure that children begin school ready to learn.NCHS has never charged fees for adoption since our beginning in 1893 and we are no more than 2 hours from anyone in the state who many need our services.
