A home inspection may be the final element to give them peace of mind. At Inspect First, all inspection reports are complete with digital color photos and can be sent electronically. Inspect First is a locally owned and operated company providing inspection services for the northeast Nebraska area. Inspect First adheres to the NAHI standards of practices and code of ethics. A home inspection is a visual 2-3 hour snapshot of the property. It will inform the client on the general condition of the property. The inspector will point out potential structural and mechanical conditions. The inspector will look for any fire or safety issues. The inspection is non-evasive and the inspector will not dismantle or destroy any part of property during the inspection. The inspector will follow the NAHI Standards of practice. The standards describe what the inspector will and can do, as well as what the inspector will not and cannot do. The client is always welcome and encouraged to join the inspector during the inspection process.
