We had our daughters 10th birthday here and it was awesome! All the kids had a great time and even commented how fun and cool the place is. They took care of everything. They weren't able to get the fruit tray I ordered and were very apologetic and even gave me an additional discount. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I received a party. Earlier during the week, we visited Glow Galaxy to see what it was like to ensure that it was a place for my child's birthday. The day we visited, we were informed that they do not have open play and that it is closed for parties, I said OK, perfect. The lady (manager) that showed us around was nice and very polite. The day of the party, we were late, we did not know that it was be so much traffic due to construction because we are not from that part of town, but familiar with the area. The party was suppose to start at 7:30 pm, but we didn't arrive until 8:00 pm due to the traffic. I called ahead to inform them of this information, they were not at all sympathetic. Once we arrived, the manager stated they had the same issue last year and sent out reminders, but we did not receive a reminder. She was very RUDE. The party was to last from 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm. The kids didn't start playing until 8:30. I asked her how much it would be to stay 30 minutes longer, she stated "$150". My kids only played for 1 hour, but we still had to pay the full amount. We reserved for 12 kids thinking that they would all show, but only 8 showed and we still had to pay for 12. At 9:28 pm the "party pro" informed us of the time and told us that we had 2 minutes, which was absurd. Upon checking out, the manager informed me that there was a place on the receipt to leave the "party pro" a tip, that was not going to happen. We will NEVER and I mean NEVER refer this place to anyone. They have the worst customer service, very RUDE, and very INCONSIDERATE.
