Mr. Billy is the best in the business. I purchased a 2015 Infiniti QX60 and soon after some young person hit it and I was so unhappy. I had to wait for the insurance company to settle the claim as there were two other vehicles involved me just sitting waiting for the light to change was beyond irritated.

I am new to GA and Norcross and had no idea where I would take the vehicle and did a quick Google search and found Billy's Collision Center which is in close proximity to my GA home.

The woman who answered the phone was friendly and told me the time to bring my car in for service. At the time I hadn't arranged a rental and they were nice enough to offer me a ride home.

As the work was being completed they called and updated me with what they found and what the timeline would be to make necessary fixes. I received the car back in a timely manner and boy must I say she is looking pretty! I was even able to leave the Enterprise rental at the shop for them to retrieve later.

I recommend this establishment for the professionalism and service quality. Plus they work timely. I called places the dealer recommended and they told me they couldn't assist me until March or April. One company called back to say they had an opening and I was happy to report that my vehicle had already been completed. :)

I used to have a business travel brokerage and when I first started, I did a lot of driving until I had enough signed on town cars drivers. I used him the first time because he was convenient. I used Billy's collision every time since then..... 4 more times over 15 years. I refer him to friends. Great work.

This is the most honest and trustworthy place. Words cannot express how nice and amazing Billy is. He went above and beyond my expectations and took care of me! He will always tell you the truth and never rips you off. I am reloacting to Texas but, if I have any type of collision repair needed I just might come back to Norcross. That is how wonderful his business is. I wouldn't trust anyone else and will refer him to everyone I can!!
