Norco Moo Yea-Do (The Way of Disciplined Art) is dedicated on helping others learn self-defense, respect, and discipline. Students learn the way of life, physical training, mental training, and spiritual training as they progress to more advanced levels. Techniques are taken from Tae Kwon-Do, Aikido, Kung Fu, and Karate and combined into one masterful art. Moo Yea-Do also helps one build leadership, communication skills, and confidence.
