Provided by YP.comThe waitresses ignored us completely and the restaurant was worn out and dirty. We saw the menu prices on the food were higher for the same food we could get anywhere in town. We asked for water to drink, the waitress gave us a funny look. She left and never returned at all, even though she was serving the other customers at the tables right next to us. There was another waitress also serving the same tables. Both waitresses would look away when they walked by our table. They went by often, and even turned their backs towards us. After about 20 minutes, I went and served myself at the buffet. The buffet food was the kind of food you would get at a nursing home. My friend decided that he would get lunch somewhere else and went outside to wait in the car. I finished my food and watched the waitresses avoid me. I never got the water, a bill, or any service at all. Other customers that came in later than me already had their bill and were leaving.
I went up to the cash register to pay, and waited about 10 minutes while the waitress wandered around the area. When she finally came to the register, she gave me a hard stare and said "What!" at me. I said I wanted to pay for the buffet meal. She pretended she couldn't hear me and kept saying "What! What!", and trying to get me to repeat my words. She stopped doing that when another customer came by. Then the other waitress rushed over to watch the show. The waitress blurted out the price of the meal loudly at me. I paid and told them that they ignored my friend and now he was going to buy lunch somewhere else. The waitress gave me a hard stare, then turned her face down to hide her nasty smile. She said something to the other waitress with a snicker. The other waitress made her eyes all big and gave me fake apology. It was like she was pretending to be a robot.
I could have complained and demanded better service, but I chose to be nice just to see what they would do. What they did is treat me like dirt.
