While it is true that Santa Carolina is under Westlake now, it is NOT true that they are a good and much less a great company. They ignore calls to corporate and supervision is minimal. Manager and her staff are unprofessional and lack customer service skills. The community looks like it is a city dwelling and maintance is rarely done to the community. The corporate office supervisor for the community makes assumptions based on the information that her employees tell her and does not look into the situations as any professionally educated person would do. If they had not wrote the last two reviews I would not have taken the time to write mine. Westlake you leave much to be desired. The fact that humble Nogalians whom have little to no resources are being dupped by you doesn't make you a good company. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Molera Group No Longer Manages Santa Carolina Apartments. It is under new management. The new staff is really good. the property is clean and the apartments are really nice. the new playground is great and the computer room is very helpful for looking things up.

Santa Carolina Apartments is Under the New Management of Westlake Housing, L.P. and they are fantastic. There Property Management team is on-site and takes care of everything on the property and in the apartments right away. The Molera Group is Gone!!
