This place sucks! I constantly find my loved one soaking wet. She has even been to doctors appointments leaking urine and the nurse there, noticed. I have to tell them several times before they carry out with the appropriate care. When she is to be ready to be picked up to go to a family members house, she is rarely ready even after being called several times in advance to let them know she will be going out. The last time she came to a family event she was a mess. Her clothes didn't match, her hair was a frizz ball, she had a dirty face, and just looked like she had just gotten out of bed. I definately do not reccommend this place for someone you care about. They never have enough staff. My gradndmother has been made to hold it for a couple hours when she needed to be taken to the bathroom to have a bowel movement. Its just ridiculous!!!!
