Had pizza and wings delivered Tuesday. Had ordered boneless but received bone in. Called the manager who offered to credit them to our phone number account. Just tried to call and redeem our credit and was told by the same manager that they no longer deliver to my street. That would be ok considering that it's only a block or so await, except that the reason I have it delivered is because I'm home all weekend with two small children while husband works double weekends with our only vehicle. I had been ordering from them quite frequently for the last year. Never complained despite numerous mistakes. Is it really too much to ask a pizza delivery store to deliver 2 blocks away? In the same neighborhood?
