I really like this business. I have been taking my dog here for about 3 years and have had great service and the staff seem to always be excited to see my dog, they actually remember him and treat him very well. I took my dog to a new place in Springfield about 2 years ago and regretted it. When I got him back his nails were clipped too short and he was bleeding and I felt awful. I've never worried about his care while he's at Elite Petite. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I would not take my dog back there. If you don't like something about the way your dog was groomed, just keep it to yourself and take your dog somewhere else. Otherwise, you will be yelled at (as I was) and made to feel like you were the one at fault. I did call the owner and expressed my dismay; she seemed genuinely concerned, but when I went back to pick my dog up, I was treated even worse by a different employee. Bottom line is, I think the owner is a nice lady, but when she's not around, the employees are rude and will no doubt ruin her business. With the economy as it is, you would think a company would strive to keep your business; however, that is not the case with this one. They lost $30.00 a month, every month, from me. The employees won, but the owner lost!!
