Operating for more than 70 years, Nipomo Elementary School serves over 450 students in kindergarten through grade six. The school is a part of the Lucia Mar Unified School District, which serves more than 10,000 students in nearly 20 educational facilities. The district operates Branch Elementary School, Nipomo High School, Ocean View Elementary School, Oceano Elementary School, Paulding Middle School and Shell Beach Elementary School. Nipomo Elementary School has a parent-teacher association that sponsors cultural events, family nights, science fairs and field days. The school s curriculum includes math, science, language arts, communication skills, art and music. It is based in Nipomo, Calif.
