i went in to have a drastic cut, because of breakage. i was really worried, bc i had not had short hair for a long time. i had bobilyn cut my hair, and she listened to what i wanted, and what my concerns were, and looked at my pics of what i thought was cute. my hairut was amazing, i loved it!!! it was exactly what i was looking for, and 6 weeks later, i still love it!
