The Nichols Hills Police Department is a primary law enforcement agency that maintains a staff of sworn officers, sergeants, detectives, crossing guards, volunteers and civilians. The department conducts neighborhood watch program, which is a well-organized group of citizens that encourages residents to assist police department. It operates a detective bureau that investigates crime scenes, seizes and analyzes evidence, identifies and speaks to witnesses and victims of crime, recovers stolen property, and identifies and arrests offenders. The department additionally maintains a communication center that provides emergency and nonemergency information and services to various local, state and federal agencies. The Nichols Hills Police Department is located in Nichols Hills, Okla.
