Great experience. We re-tiled two bathrooms. Jonathan at Floor Coverings International was really helpful about tile selection - we had a lot of questions about the right sort of tile. They have a showroom that you can visit, but we instead opted to have Jonathan come to our home with samples (which they do), since we wanted to look at tile samples in the actual area and the lighting that we would be using. It's a very fun way of picking out tile and it feels kind of exclusive (no long lines of other shoppers, no crowds, etc). He measured up our bathrooms and gave us a quote. My husband and I felt that the pricing of the work was reasonable so we went ahead. The contractor, Daniel, who actually did the work, was amazing. Great attention to detail, a perfectionist, worked hard throughout to get everything done. The result was fantastic. We love our new tile! I would definitely recommend this company for any tiling or flooring needs. They are honest and reliable.

Jonathan at FCI was very helpful and detail oriented, which we appreciated. We did not need super high end tile and we still got a lot of attention and care. We all learned a few things about what makes a great walk in shower; a few things I would have liked to have figured out before the job, but overall we are pleased with what we have now.
