East Jessamine Middle School is a coeducational institution that serves students in grades six through eight. The school organizes several athletic activities, such as basketball, track and field, cross-country, football, wrestling and volleyball. East Jessamine Middle School has a guidance counseling department that provides individual and group counseling services to students who need assistance related to academic, social and relational concerns. The school conducts academic classes in math, science, social studies, English, art, language arts, music, and health and physical education. In addition, it provides food services to students.
