Provided by YP.comComfort master came to my house twice for the same problem and didn't correct it. The third time they promised a free diagnosis and then replaced a warranty part on my air-conditioner on visit number four. Several weeks later i received another bill for the third visit which was supposed to be free. Instead of correcting the issue they hung up on me and turned me into a collection agency. In all i spent thousands extra on heating and cooling costs because they couldn't fix the problem right the first time. Beware of Leslie and get quotes in writing.

Provided by YP.comThis company will absolutely milk you for all its worth. The first service call to my house they said the reason my air conditioning wasn't working was because of dirty air filters. A month Later they told me it needed freon. The third service call they tell me its going to need an AC coil replaced. I was told that call was free but after paying for the AC coil replacement they send me a bill for another 475 dollars for the third visit. The manager Leslie is very rude and after explaining that I would not pay a bill that I did not owe she screamed I will report you to collection agency and hung up. Please avoid these people at all costs.
