TERRIBLE! Stay away. I purchased a gown and since I live a distance from the store, I took the option to have the dress sent to me. The store sent me a defective gown that did not have a satin border on the bottom of the gown, like it should, so the dress was 6 INCHES SHORT and stopped mid ankle on me. Store refused to help claiming I cut the gown on purpose!!!!! I couldn't believe it. They really should not be in business to treat customers they way I was treated. I am an anesthesia provider in the state of connecticut, if I cut the gown, trust me I could afford a new one. They completely scammed me. I am still fighting this and it's a year later. Had to buy a new gown for my wedding. PLEASE save yourself the aggravation. NEVER HAVE A GOWN SENT TO YOU....LESSON LEARNED!
