I contacted two companies and Gray Furnace gave me a better quote for house calls. They were also the ones to contact me first with a call-back and with the weather being frigid I really appreciated that. I called their office and was told to expect a call-back sometime today and they were very prompt. Less than ten minutes after the call back the repairman was at my door. He was very friendly, prompt with repairs, explained what was wrong with my furnace and what was needed to correct it. He explained the warranty for the parts and even explained the mechanics of the furnace to help me understand what was going on.

Grays furnace is a sub contractor for Rosal Homes in Wheatfield NY. Grays furnace installed and services my 2 yr old Carrier unit. Issues have occured with this unit. They have been resolved, however, there is an outstanding issue with my duct work which produces a noise in the duct work. Grays has worked on this issue for over 1 year with no resolution. It is my opinion that Gray's furnace is too busy, or does not know how to fix the problem. In the end, they have been paid for the job and it has outsatnding issues. I would not recommend Gray's furnace. If you plan on building with Rosal Homes (who has provided me with a high quality home, except for this sub contractors work) I would suggest you ask another HVAC vendor be used in your home.
