      Tried to raise my premium over $240. Their agent said I would not get a better deal. Their agent was wrong. I went to a different insurance agency, but canceling was a chore, requiring paperwork to be snail mailed to the Hanover office which apparently never received it. Oberg said I had to deal directly with Hanover, distancing themselves from responsibility and service. Disappointing.

Originally from Pelham, NY, I have spent most of my years living in CT and graduated from Pomperaug High School in Southbury, CT. My college experience began at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY and concluded at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT, where I graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Mass Communications.
