Literally the worst service Ive ever had from any business. A tech named Ted talked down to my mother so badly that I had to make him leave our home. Our heat pump has been on auxiliary heat nonstop for over a month and he tells us this is completely normal. Yesterday, the temperature wouldnt move above 66 degrees and cold air was blowing out for 4 hours. I spoke with Ted over the phone, who again, informed me that this was normal. I contacted the owner of this business two weeks ago and never received a call back. This is the most unprofessional service Ive ever had. Our heat pump is under warranty and if it isnt serviced ASAP, we will be calling the Better Business Bureau and the local news outlets. I will also be contacting Trane to let them know that their authorized retailer is completely unprofessional and refuses to help us. I would avoid this business at all costs.

Finally contacted by a rude tech name Ted Smith who lied about telling me yesterday that someone would be calling and coming out today. Not a good way to do business.

I've been trying for 2 days to get someone to come out and look at my unit. No such luck even though I have a 10 year warranty on it. Poor service after the sale. I would NOT recommend using this company, unless you like to be ignored.
