Please don't waste your hard earned money on this salon. Sarah the owner will con you out of a minimum of $5000 and the product she will give you is extremely poor quality. The system she plonked on my head without any attempt to style or shape did not match my hair color or texture at all. It was also attached by a sticky, hot plastic skull cap which was very uncomfortable and tied so tight it gave me a terrible migraine headache. I was literally too embarrassed to go out wearing this so called integrated hair as it looked utterly ridiculous. I think Sarah must do Donald Trump's hair as the similarities were striking.
Sarah was completely unconcerned with my distress and would not even consider a partial refund. She coldly ignored my phone calls and emails, hardly the image of someone who wants to help women who are unfortunate enough to be losing their hair. I don't believe any of the positive reviews I have read, they have to be fake.

This place is a hidden gem! As a former member of "the club" I can tell you this, Suisse is much more personable, the prices are competitive and I'm much happier with the results.

Great staff here at Suisse Natural Hair - everyone here is so polite and so quick to help, it's a huge change from most hair salons I've visited (no snarky receptionist here). I am a bit shy about my hair, I've had some problems with thin and thinning hair (always had thin hair, and over the years, the problem has gotten worse).



The staff here is well-versed with people suffering from hair problems, and they understand how to work with you and how to minimize the embarrassment of hair problems. They create looks that work with your personality and your hair type - leaving you feeling so much better about yourself. i have a newfound confidence after coming here, it has really allowed me to be more outgoing, and not so worried about my thinning hair. My stylist, Sarah, is a creative marvel.
